源自江戶時代的傳統與技法，將新鮮海老的鮮嫩蝦肉細心烘
烤，造就香氣深厚、風味濃郁的口感。在充分引出海老濃厚旨味、香氣與層次的同時，產品本身也具備高蛋白、低脂肪，並富含鈣質的優點。
蝦肉先以鐵板一次烤焙，完整封住海老的鮮甜旨味；之後再以類似炭火效果的遠紅外線網烤器進行細緻的二次烘烤，使香氣更為突出，風味更加豐富。最終呈現出香脆、濃香、餘韻悠長的極品海老煎餅。
他們家剛開預購就已經開始缺貨了，坂角的蝦餅和其他家的蠻不同的，他們吃起來比較硬也比較脆，感覺麵粉的比例很低，一開始咬比較硬，但越嚼越香，蝦味會隨著咀嚼慢慢釋放，老少咸宜，每年他們都會推出生肖版本的盒子，真的非常好看～
